TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using MrLawyerAI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including clients, attorneys, and visitors.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
MrLawyerAI provides forensic document analysis and case intelligence services powered by artificial intelligence. We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal opinions. Our services consist of document analysis, violation detection, and intelligence reporting. Use of our Service does not create an attorney-client relationship.
3. FORENSIC ANALYSIS SERVICES
We offer two primary analysis tiers: (a) the 21-Point Surface Scan ($99), a preliminary automated screening; and (b) the Deep Forensic Audit ($2,500+), a comprehensive multi-pass AI analysis with expert review. Results are provided for informational purposes only and should be reviewed by a licensed attorney. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our analysis.
4. ARIZONA ABS SPLIT-FEE STRUCTURE
For Arizona cases, we operate under an Alternative Business Structure compliant with Arizona Supreme Court Rule 42. The split-fee arrangement consists of a $2,500 upfront forensic audit fee and a 40% back-end contingency split. This structure applies only to cases where the client and participating attorney are both located in Arizona and are subject to SCR 42 and ER 1.5(e). The back-end split is contingent upon successful case resolution and is subject to the terms of the individual engagement agreement.
5. WAR ROOM ACCESS
The War Room is a token-gated secure portal for authorized attorneys to access case intelligence. Access tokens are non-transferable and are issued at the sole discretion of MrLawyerAI. Token holders must not share, distribute, or reproduce War Room content. Unauthorized access or distribution of War Room materials may result in immediate revocation and legal action.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
All fees are due at the time of service engagement. The 21-Point Surface Scan ($99) and Deep Forensic Audit ($2,500+) are payable upfront. For Arizona ABS cases, the upfront fee is due at engagement and the back-end split is due upon successful case resolution. Refund policies are outlined in our Refund Policy section. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, analysis methodologies, AI models, and reports produced by MrLawyerAI are the intellectual property of MrLawyerAI. Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the forensic analysis reports for their legal proceedings. Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use of our analysis without written consent is prohibited.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MrLawyerAI provides analytical services, not legal advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on our analysis, legal outcomes, or actions taken by attorneys or clients in response to our reports. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific analysis service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
We maintain strict confidentiality protocols for all case materials. Documents uploaded for analysis are encrypted and accessible only to authorized personnel. Case intelligence in the War Room is protected by token-based access controls. We do not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide the engaged services (e.g., attorney matching).
10. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate the service engagement with written notice. Upon termination, we will complete any analysis in progress and deliver outstanding reports. Prepaid fees for completed analysis are non-refundable. Any back-end contingency obligations under the Arizona ABS structure survive termination until the applicable case resolves.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. The Arizona ABS provisions are specifically governed by SCR 42 and applicable Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct.
12. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after modifications become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
